Training
All our services take place outdoors! We operate rain or shine, with the exception of severe weather conditions such as heavy snowstorms or lightning. If your dog has weather sensitivities, you are more than welcome to reschedule a session with us when the forecast is not looking promising. You will be contacted by your preferred method of communication in the case that we need to cancel on our end due to weather.
At this time, we accept cash, debit/credit, Canadian pre-authorized debit, and Klarna (private lesson packages only).
Yes! Our invoicing program is integrated with Klarna which allows clients to pay for their sessions in 4 interest-free payments.
All payments are due as follows:
• Private lesson packages and à la carte session payments are due in full prior to beginning the first session for all payment methods (excluding Klarna payment plans).
• Drop in group class payments are due upon signing up for debit/credit or Canadian pre-authorized debit. For those wishing to pay in cash, payments can be made at class.
• Walk & train payments are due upon booking for debit/credit or Canadian pre-authorized debit. For those wishing to pay in cash, payments can be left at the time of the walk.
Note: Klarna payment plans are only available for private lesson packages.
We usually try to keep a few items in stock to make it easier for clients looking for new equipment. We typically carry slip leads, 2.25 mm Herm Sprenger prong collars, and ET-300 Mini Educator e-collars for purchase.
We are also happy to provide the names of some Canadian suppliers that carry these items so you can purchase them online.
